Symmetry Solutions senior management have well over 100 years’ experience in the telecoms industry between them. The management teams brings technical, commercial, innovation and entrepreneurial skills with breadth and depth of experience across the company functions that ensures that everything Symmetry Solutions undertake is for the good of the customers, partners and Symmetry Solutions team.
The co-founder of Symmetry Solutions founded in 2010, Nev has over twenty years’ experience in IT, Telecoms, Billing & Revenue Assurance. He has worked for a number of independent and established consultancy firms, government, utilities, and telecommunications businesses, including Ernst & Young, Energis and O2 Telefónica.
Nev leads the Technical Development team at Symmetry Solutions. Nev’s deep domain knowledge in RA was fundamental in the release of the Symmetry Solutions TRAP software.
Nev has utilised his in-depth experience in Billing and Assurance and his entrepreneurial skills throughout his career that has included pioneering offerings in VoIP, least cost routing and SIM boxes and technology developments including MSIDSN auditing and reference data revenue assurance solutions.
Nev is a keen skier and tries to recharge his batteries at least once a year on the slopes.
Bill oversees the account and commercial relationship with Symmetry Solution customers. Bill is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications sector with nearly thirty years’ experience in Telecoms, Billing and Revenue Assurance.
He has worked for a number of established telecommunications businesses, including British Telecom, NTL, Primus Tel and the Cauldwell Group as well recognised service companies, such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Servista to name a few.
His knowledge, experience and relationship with users has allowed Symmetry’s TRAP software to align to the Telecom Service Provider’s needs, to fully utilise ‘one product, many solutions’ within the customer account.
When Bill is not in the office or at a customer site, he can be found winding down on the golf course and planning his next working day.
Geoff oversees the product management at Symmetry Solutions. Geoff joined Symmetry in 2018 after Symmetry and RMMM consultancy services businesses merged. Geoff brings over 30 years of IT software design, product management and risk management experience and expertise to Symmetry with 20 of these years in the telecon industry. Geoff has previously worked for Subex, InfoGov, The Risk Management Group, , Viag Interkom and Fujitsu to name a few.
His experience and expertise will allow Symmetry’s TRAP software to continue to keep pace with Telecom Service Provider’s needs as reference data management becomes more and more critical in operational performance and revenue management.
Geoff is an avid sailor and when he can find time from Symmetry activities likes relaxing on his boat.
Luke joined the Symmetry team in 2018 and brings over 20 years of business management, commercial strategy, business development and risk management experience to Symmetry. Luke was previously a board director of a leading risk management software vendor that successfully sold complex data management solutions to Turkcell, Virgin Media, Zain, MTN, Veon, Telkom, SFR, Three to name a few.
His experience and expertise support Symmetry Solutions to maintain its growth of data assurance and control solutions and services. Luke has sold complex solutions and services though out the world and sees TRAP and PRO software as a perfect complementary fit for business assurance strategies of telecom service providers. Away from Symmetry activities Luke can be found walking his dog on the south coast or sharing an alfresco coffee with family, friends and prospective customers.
